Acer Allegro Launches in France

Well here’s something I would love to see hop the pond and make it to the US. The Acer Allegro launched today in France and is Acer’s first serious effort at creating a Windows Phone 7 handset. The specs are pretty standard, with a 1GHz processor, 3.6″ screen, 8GB internal storage, and 1,300mAh battery life. The phone runs Mango and features WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It’s pretty standard fare among handsets, but I really like the form factor.

The Allegro will be available in pearl white and midnight blue. If you’re interested in seeing more, checking out this launch trailer.
