Lumia 900 With Better Camera Available on Other Carriers?

If you are an AT&T customer, you were likely thrilled of the announcement of the Nokia Lumia 900 at CES 2012. One of the biggest “features” of the phone was an exclusive partnership with AT&T that would see the phone available on the network in the coming months. The one thing Stephen Elop didn’t elaborate on was whether or not this exclusive reign would be permanent or temporary.

For those of you on other networks, if recent rumors are to be believed, then the exclusivity agreement is only a 45 day temporary launch agreement. T-Mobile will most likely receive the phone, with Verizon and possibly Sprint if they decide to offer Windows Phones. These rumors also report that the phones to be made available on the other networks will have an upgraded camera, from 12MP instead of the 8MP camera available to AT&T customers.
