Nokia Lumia 900 Rakes in More Awards, Declared Best Smartphone of CES by IGN

All eyes were on the Nokia Lumia 900 at CES last week. No line was longer than the one outside the Nokia press conference just over a week ago. Even though the Lumia 900 was exactly what we expected it still turned some heads, and now it’s winning more awards. IGN has honored the Lumia 900 in its “Best of CES 2012 Awards” as the best smartphone. IGN had this to say:

Although it was never made available in the U.S. and lacked a front-facing camera, the Nokia Lumia 800 was one of our favorite devices of 2011. Now, Nokia has taken the design and increased the screen from 3.7-inches to 4.3-inches and adding a new front-facing camera. The device’s gorgeous Gorilla Glass display, 8MP Carl Zeiss lens and 1.4GHz processor. In other words, the Lumia 900 was the hottest phone at CES 2012.

We love all the awards the Lumia 900 has won at CES, and we hope its success continues once it’s madeĀ availableĀ on AT&T.
