Just a few hours ago we let you know that WhatsApp received a nice update in the Marketplace, but it seems all is not well. Users have been reporting that update made it impossible to open received images or videos. A reader over at WPCentral let the developer know about this problem and this was their response:
The submission for 1.6 came from a “tainted” build machine and was not linked correctly. This makes us fail to download media. We regret the error and have sent an update to Microsoft.

Hopefully Microsoft gives the fix the “a-okay” quickly. Are any of you experiencing this problem?
