With Nokia gearing up to release the low-cost Lumia 610, you’d figure it would be the flagship Windows Phone to be released in China. However, HTC managed to beat out Nokia, and even native handset makers ZTE and Lenovo by offering the 4.7″ Titan in the country on pre-order. The pricing is set at ¥4,399, which is around $700 without a contract.
The only difference between the phone offered here is that the phone is called the Triumph instead of the Titan. It will have the Tango update, with Facebook and Twitter integration replaced with Sina Weibo and Tencent Weixin, which are popular Chinese alternatives to the American services.
