ICQ for Windows Phone is Finally Here

Mail.ru bought ICQ a few months ago, as the service is still an extremely popular way for Russians to communicate. In November, the group said that they would be developing an ICQ app for Windows Phone that will be capable of interfacing with Facebook chat, GChat, and AIM as well.

Today the company has delivered and done an astounding job, as the service allows you to sign in and receive push notifications, as well as adding contacts and retaining history of any conversations that you have. ICQ was a great way to chat with people in the early ’90s and it looks like Mail.ru is returning the service to its roots through the mobile.

You can download ICQ for free from the Marketplace here.
