Windows Phone Market Share Passes 5% in Nokia’s Homeland

It’s no surprise that Windows Phone market share is doing better in other countries, after all they have more Nokia devices. Here in the U.S. we’re stuck with mainly first generation hardware while we wait for the Lumia 900 and Titan II. But enough about us, what about in Nokia’s home country of Finland?

As you can see in the graph, Windows Phone shows signinficant growth compared to the other OS’. Android and iOS continue to dominate, but they are flatlining for the most part. Symbian is dropping at a fairly steady rate. If this growth continues for WP we will see 10% market share by June. Keep it up, Fins!
