Sonic 4 Episode II Coming in July

For those of you who grew up with Sonic like me, you’re probably pleased as kittens that Sega is making new Sonic games that feature the old traditional gameplay. We’ve been waiting for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II for quite some time and it finally has a release date set for July. If you want to get your fix sooner, you’ll have to snag it on other platforms, as it comes out May 15 on PS3, May 16 on XBLA, and the iOS and PC versions will be available as well.

It’s a real shame that Sega feels the need to make Windows Phone users wait until July, but that may be due to the fact that this is the first Xbox 360 game that will sync up with your phone. That means you can play the game on your phone and when you get home, pause and resume play on your Xbox 360.
