Microsoft expanding Windows Store to 33 More Countries

One of the features of Windows 8 that we’re looking forward to is the Windows Store.¬†Unfortunately¬†right not its only available in 5 countries. That’s not a huge deal considering it’s still just a consumer preview, but soon developers around the world are going to start wanting to develop Metro apps.

Microsoft will soon be expanding the Windows Store to 33 more countries. This should help the Store fill up with apps before Windows 8 is even available to purchase. Hopefully the new interest in Windows 8 will spill over into Windows Phone. The relationship between the two OS’ is supposed to be pretty tight.
