Official TIME and Linkedin apps hit the Marketplace

Official app support is a big deal for operating systems. Windows Phone famously lacks the official support that Android and iOS enjoy, but recently more official apps are popping up. Today TIME magazine and Linkedin apps have joined the Marketplace.

The Linked in app builds on the already integrated functionality of the People Hub. More in depth functionality, live tile, search for contacts, and push notifications are a few of the features. The TIME magazine app is a Mtro-fied version of the website. It includes video streaming, photo galleries, and a live tile with breaking news push notifications. Both apps are free in the marketplace now.
