September 7th is when the Windows Phone 8 SDK is rumored to be released and apparently Microsoft is holding several developer camps around the world, including a major one in Moscow, Russia. The Moscow event will be covering both Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 and will provide two tracks.
The first track is with design in mind, then application development tools will follow, including Visual Studio 2012. The track will end with a presentation about monetization of apps in their respective stores. The second track is designed for existing developers who are wanting more advanced skillsets. These attendees will have an opportunity to get into the nitty gritty with the technology and a specialist from Microsoft will be on hand to answer any questions about cloud integration or the life-cycle of the software.
Developers who are interested in attending can sign up here, but remember to get in quick if you think you might be attending, as space is limited.
