Nokia shows off City Lens in more detail [Video]

Last week Nokia showed off City Lens briefly at the Lumia 920 and Windows Phone 8 event, but today they have posted a more in depth look at the apps.

This refined version of City Lens adds things like 3D icons and the ability to disable suggestions not in your line of sight. The new app will also have support pinning things like categories to the start screen. The final small addition is the app can be used in portrait and landscape mode.

The  bad news is these features won’t be coming to the current version of City Lens. This is likely the first in a line of apps that will be updated with great features, but only for WP8.
