It’s been a while since we saw a phone running anything other than Windows Phone 8, but the french manufacturer Alcatel has changed that. Photos of a device called “One Touch with WP” have appeared on Instagram, of all places.
As you can see, the phone still has the curvy Windows button, and is running Windows Phone 7.5. This leads us to believe that this is not final hardware. The word is that the One Touch will run Windows Phone 7.8 when it does get final, and will be a low end device for the french market. The phone looks really nice, and should be a good bargain option.
