Windows 8 pre-orders have only been open for a few days, but it looks like the newest iteration of Windows is being well-received among online shoppers. The Windows 8 Pro version currently holds the top spot of Amazon’s software best sellers chart. Windows 8 has polarized the Windows community, as many people feel the metro interface is too much of a drastic change. It’s nice to see for every outspoken person, another is quietly enthused and ready for the next version.
If you’re one of the people who can’t wait, it seems some Walmarts are offering Windows 8 already, so if you want an actual physical copy ahead of the curve, it might be worth checking your local stores.
