PureView team leader departs Nokia on November 30th

Today Nokia received a blow in the form of Damian Dinning announcing his departure from the company after nine years of service. Dinning joined the company in 2004 and was the head of the imaging division that was responsible for the PureView 808 camera and its successor in the Lumia series, the Lumia 920 camera.

Dinning said in a statement to Amateur Photographer that his decision to leave Nokia is a personal one. He hasn’t directly referenced his leaving the company on Twitter, but he does make mention of something exciting to announce for December 10th that has nothing to do with Nokia.
