We’ve known about the Huawei Ascend W1 for some time now, but the Chinese handset manufacturer finally took the wraps off the device last night at CES. It’s a 4″ device with a 480 x 800 screen that features a dual-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon processor, along with a 5MP rear and .3MP front-facing camera. The phone also comes with 4GB of internal storage and can be upgraded with a 32GB microSD card.
Currently there’s no word on pricing or availability for the phone as of yet, but it looks like Russia and Asia will begin seeing it this month in blue, red, black and white. Huawei promises to announce more details for the rest of the phone soon. We’ll have a hands-on video with the device available soon.
