Surface RT will be available in more countries starting February 14th

A couple weeks ago we heard that Microsoft Surface RT would be coming to more countries, and today we are getting some specific details.Microsoft has announced that customers in Austria Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland will be able to purchase Surface RT on February 14th. Touch Covers (with new designs), Type Covers, and the Wedge Mouse will all be available as well.  Surface Pro launches tomorrow in the US and Canada, but there is still no word on when it will be available in more countries too. There have been rumors that Surface RT is not selling nearly as well as Microsoft would have liked, so hopefully this helps sales numbers. Surface is the only real flag bearer for Windows RT. If Microsoft wants their lower cost OS to take off they need Surface to start selling better. Will more countries help?

Too late. Microsoft better not screw up like this next time they launch hardware like phones or tablets.
