FlipSomeTiles is an addictive and challenging Windows Phone game [Video]

Yesterday we wrote about some of the great games from our forums, one of those great games is FlipSomeTiles by Loon Apps. At first glance FlipSomeTiles looks like a pretty standard puzzle game. Don’t let the simpleness fool you, this game is not easy.

The main goal of FlipSomeTiles is to turn all the white tiles into gold tiles. To do this you drag your finger over the tiles, but here is where things get tricky. White tiles can only be touched one time, if you go over them a second time they turn from gold to red. In order to help you solve the puzzles there are special tiles along the way.

Glass tiles can be touched twice before they break andĀ disappear, and metal tiles can be touched several more times. Those are just the tip of the iceberg. The game gets tougher as you go, and the tiles can do even more to help you solve the puzzles. One thing we would like to see is some tips during the game to let us know what the tiles do.

FlipSomeTiles is a fun and addictive game that flexes your brain muscles. It is available for Windows Phone 8 and 7 devices in $0.99 and free flavors. If you’re into puzzles this is one game to try out.

This looks very addictive! lol. And I was yelling, indeed. Also, is there any type of penalty for asking for help? Do you only get helped a specific number of times? Or you can just keep asking for help?

  • I’m not sure. I did it a bunch of times when I played and it never said anything.

They should give you a limit. and then if you beat a few levels you get a “help credit” or whatever.
