Nokia Windows RT tablet spotted in red with Verizon logos

The fabled Nokia tablet is becoming more and more real. Today we have an actual photo of the alleged device. As you can see in the photo above, the 10.1-inch device is in a bright shade or red with Verizon logos emblazoned on the back. Verizon is not known for their support of the Windows ecosystem, which makes this an interesting discovery. The size and log placement line up perfectly with the previously leaked cancelled Nvdia Nokia tablet.

Sources familiar with Nokia have told The Verge that Nokia will unveil a tablet at an event in New York on September 26th. That tablet is supposed to run a Qualcomm quad-core processor and Windows RT. Is the photo above the real device? We’re leaning towards ‘no’ simply because of the resemblance to the cancelled model, and because the rumored tablet is slated for AT&T, not Verizon.

Would you buy a Windows RT tablet if it was made by Nokia?

10.1″ kind of big for me! 7-8″ perfect size!

Nokia is going to mess up and make this device more than 199.99 to 249.99. The price will be the reason it crashes and burns.
