Microsoft likes to think big, figuratively and literally. A couple of years ago they erected a gigantic Windows Phone in New York City, and earlier this month they built a huge Surface 2 tablet in London. Now they are moving to the next big product launch: the Xbox One.
This massive Xbox One has been constructed in Vancouver for the upcoming launch of Microsoft’s next-gen console. The console is 40 feet long and 20 feet wide, and if enough people “pledge” their gamertags it will reportedly “unlock.” We have no idea what that means, but it looks like it could easily fit a bunch of people inside.
Is Microsoft planning to fill the giant Xbox One with people in order to feed them to some kind of enormous monster? Or is this just yet another publicity stunt to help sell a new product? You be the judge.
