First screenshot of 6tindr, the Tinder app for Windows Phone

Rudy Huyn has been hard at work on his next project, a Tinder app for Windows Phone users. Like 6sec, 6tag, and 6snap he is bringing a service that only exists on Android and iOS over to us Windows Phone users. Over the weekend he teased us with an early look at the app he will call “6tindr.”

From the screenshot we can see that the app does not follow Rudy’s usual design. Instead it seems to be a copy of the official Tinder apps. Other than that we don’t have much more information on 6tindr. We will be patiently waiting for more information about this app. If you aren’t familiar with Tinder keep reading.

Tinder is a popular match-making app for Android and iOS. The key feature of Tinder is the anonymous communication between users. You can “like” or “nope” other user profiles, but they will only be notified if another user “likes” you back. When both people have “liked” each other they get access to a messaging system for communication. It’s a fun way to get rid of the age-old question “I like him/her, but do they like me back?”
