Jawbone is looking for a Windows Phone developer

Another fitness product is looking to bring their app to Windows Phone. In the past Fitbit posted a job listing for a Windows Phone developer, and now Jawbone is looking for one too. Jawbone makes a popular Bluetooth speaker live, but also a personal fitness tracker called “Up.”

Like Fitbit, they have been waiting for Bluetooth 4.0 LE to bring apps to Windows Phone. Now that almost all Nokia Lumia devices have that ability they can begin working on it. Jawbone Up is a lot like other fitness trackers. it can track steps, activity, sleep, and more. With the mobile app you will be able to see your data instantly on your phone. No need to sync to a PC.

If you or anyone you know is interested in developing for Jawbone you can hit up the link below. For the rest of us this is just a good indicator that more apps will be coming in the future. We can’t wait.
