Are developers satisfied with Microsoft's terms?

Just curious for you guys who are developing for Windows Phone, how do you feel about the marketplace policies that Microsoft has laid down. Are you confident in the profit share? Have any niggles that are keeping you from considering developing your app for Marketplace?

I mostly deal with free apps, but it all seems fair and in line with everyone else. I'd like to see something like on Windows 8, where you get an increased share after a certain amount of sales, but right now it is just as good as the competitors.

"Just as good" is good - but rising above is probably something MS needs to do!
