The windows phone can it work as smaller pc? Can I process documents from my phone with the full features or at least very close to the office for pc like margin inch and all that and print directly from my phone?

Windows Phone devices comes with Microsoft Office, if that's what you're asking. They aren't full blown PCs, but they are probably the most productive phones available.
