use PC keyboard to type

I have been an android user for a long time and would like to switch to windows now. The only thing that keeps me from switching is the lack of a program like myphone explorer (MPE) that lets you type using computer keyboard.

Do you have any program, using which I can type on my phone using computer keyboard ? It comes in hand for replying to long whats app messages or sending SMS or copying and pasting text from computer

Currently MPE works only on Android and lets you connect you phone to WIFI, pull in phonebook, save contacts, send sms etc. I don't have to touch my phones small screen keyboard.

I'm not sure if this would work or not. It might work with a bluetooth keyboard.
