rogers ("*****ebags are us") is my carrier
phone wont hold a charge

windows nokia 920 will not charge, nor hold a charge.
It is my 2nd windows phone as first one bricked and could not be resolved.
This one was fine for the 6 mo I had it, now it will not charge and there is no
way to rescue my texts and some assorted data.

1)the windows phone software corrupted when I tried to hook it up to the pc and it wants me to replace a DLL (Are you kidding me? do you know how dangerous it is to mess with those )

2) backing up anything to the microsoft cloud (or is that the nsa / cia cloud) is problematical at best, and a lousy option vs the old school "nokia suite" which is defunct. I emailed 100 of my 400 pics to myself as the phone seems to charge to about 20%

3) I am in canada where rogers and bell have a monopoly and the customer service reps are taught to simply placate all customer inquires, so dealing with them is a way to make your blood boil, not a way to get any results. (I have "Rogers" we call them "Robbers" out here)

4) the phone randomly shuts off ie soft reboot style even when pluged into computer or wall charger, it makes no difference. it starts up randomly with the nokia text then the windows phone logo

5)I theroize windoiws snuck in an update last week, an "update" bricked my first windows phone. (and I had 2 near misses)

6) No matter what the outcome here I wont ever buy another windows phone, and NOKIA you are on notice, I probably wont touch another nokia after this... you are like sony.... a dead brand you were gods of cellular, now you suck.
