Should I get the Lumia 925 or the Note 3?

I want to get a new phone, but there are so many to choose from! I know I'm asking a windows phone site, but I've used a windows phone before, and I really dont like how laggy the scrolling is when you don't lift your finger from the screen. It's like how android was before Jelly Bean. Has that been fixed in the 925? I had the 920 before FYI.

Laggy scrolling? I have never heard anyone call the scrolling in WP laggy. Everyone always comments on how smooth it is.

What do you mean by when you dont lift your finger?
