I saw this guy on the bus using an HTC Arrive and caught a glimpse of him using Pandora on it. How is that possible? Windows Phone doesn't have Pandora yet?!??! I'm thinking maybe he had some hacked version or maybe I confused it for another phone.

Any ideas?
