    Who uses Windows Media Center?

Is there easy integration/transfer of recordings onto phones?

Currently have TiVo but cannot to Tivo-to-go because 0x02 CCI byte thing prevents transfers.

No, Windows Media Center is isolated from Windows Phone, but there may be a workaround. I assume you can have WMC recordings that can later be synced to Windows Phone via Zune.

It's funny, according to a few rumors going around, Media Center integration is going to be something you have to pay for in Windows 8. I believe they're wanting to separate it from the OS entirely and put it in the Marketplace so it's something you have to buy.

I havent heard about releasing it in the marketplace, but they are going to separate it from the OS and release it as a "pro pack" sku. They want to remove the costs of the Dolby audio licensing, so they separated it from the OS. It's not changed from windows 7, though
