What do you think about Nokia Lumia 520?

I got to know one article about top 10 mobile phones in India on techgreet.com and found that Nokia Lumia 520 is one of the best mobile phones in India to buy at affordable price mentioned there on techgreet. I have the budget under 10,000 INR and considering Lumia 520 for buying. Let me know what do you think, is it better than android phones like Samsung galaxy s duos?

If you want a reliable, enjoyable Android experience, you need top-of-the-line hardware. Anything less than the best is going to really struggle with many memory intensive functions. Android is not optimized for lesser specs.

The 520 does lack a front-facing camera, but if you can live without that, it does 90 percent of what the top WP8 phones can do, and it's pretty reliable, too. WP8 can run just fine on lower-specced hardware.
