If you guys don't want to mess with settings, you can always 1) wait for the 16th when an update will be pushed to the Zune software or 2) return your Lumia for a new Lumia. Either way, you Lumia owners are getting 100 dollars towards your AT&T account, so you are really coming out ahead for an issue that's been relatively short lived!
