Nokia is definitely rumored but what other companies are in the running for making a Windows Tablet when Windows 8 comes out? Samsung? HTC? Sony? I'm betting that the less well known manufacturers like ZTE enter that space first and the bigger guys will play wait and see. I hope not though... I'd love a Win8Tab
Lenovo seems pretty gungho about being the first manufacturer with a Windows 8 tablet available on the market. I'm interested to see where these tablets go in the future, but I'm not sure if I'll be an early adopter. Windows 7 is absolutely shit on a tablet and early development preview builds of Windows 8 that I've used just haven't impressed me.
Dell has said the will release on Enterprise tablet and I only assume they will a consumer model. Rumors of Samsung and Asus in the channels I work at.
I would bet all the major PC manufactures will make one. Just look at all the companies that have made Android tablets, and HC/ICS hasn't even been that successful.
Samsung, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba and ASUS have all expressed interest. For the first batch of releases though, Microsoft is having manufacturers "partner up" with different chip vendors, then afterwards they can partner with whomever they please
Samsung, one of the "big guys" actually made the Build tablet that featured the Windows 8 DP, so one can assume they're on board from the beginningQuote:

I have an rooted HP Touchpad with ICS, and it's better than WebOS, app wise, but it still is missing Twitter client I actually like. I've been using Tweetcomb but it isn't too great. Do you have any twitter client recommendations?Quote:
