A quick search of the Marketplace shows Wikibee as a good app. http://www.windowsphone.com/en-US/ap...4-00237de2db9e I'd try it out, but I haven't used it. It is free though, so there's no harm in trying it out!
I'm a fan of wikipanda, has a nice home screen UIIt tends to reload the page and go to the top of it if using fast app switching though which is a pain
