EXACTLY! ICS has this and if I get a Windows Phone, I will need some assurance that I wouldn't be using data on my no-data plan. Personally, I don't need to be connected to the internet 24/7, so wifi would be just good enough for me. My lack of a data plan is really why I want a Zune HD2, by the way!
