Play iOS Games on Windows Phone?

I've heard a few people tell me it's possible to download an iPhone Game, convert/load it onto a Windows Phone, and play it as if it were a regular game on Windows Phone. I don't think it's possible and I've expressed my disbelief, but just wanted to check here.

Is there some type of iOS to Windows Phone emulator that I don't know about?

No, I don't think so. I know there was a Kickstarter project to get an iOS emulator on Android, but that disappeared. I don't think it will ever happen.

iOS emulator for android? That would be awesome! I suppose there's legal issues involved though..

Exactly, I believe it was called iEmu. Apparently it aimed to bring iOS apps to Windows Phone too, but where all that donated money from kickstarter went is beyond me. Sounded fishy. Kickstarter Project Wants to Bring iOS Apps to Android & Windows Devices, But Good Luck | Cult of Mac
