Out of all leaked features, what's your most awaited feature in the Windows Phone 8?
For me it's hardware based encryption, will be upgrading my whole family once it ships.

Life is not fair; get used to it. ~ Bill Gates
I don't know if this counts as a feature, but higher resolution screens and dual core processors are going to allow WP7's detractors to stop using it's "lack of cores" as a hollow excuse to mock it. It runs fine on single core, and if properly optimized, dual core Windows Phones could be blazing fast.
I really, really, really want to see some Google integration. There was a rumor for Google+ stuff, and that would be nice.
That sounds suspect to me. I would highly doubt Microsoft would appease Google + when the currently have been vocally against it. They've even filed an Anti-trust complaint over the "Search+ Your World" feature. Actually before Google+ flopped badly there were posts from Google's dev blogs that said they had a G+ WP7 app on the way. I imagine it was scrapped.
I hate how everyone seems to focus on the specs of a phone rather than if it does what it's supposed to do and well. That was one of the main reasons I was disappointed with all of the Lumia 900 reviews that went live yesterday. They all said the phone was great and ran buttery smooth, but "it doesn't have quad cores like my Android". So? If it's buttery smooth with one core, it doesn't NEED quad cores.
Also, NFC is going to be amazing when it is implemented across America! I heard Europe has had head start, but imagine paying for your taxi or dinner with your phone. It'd be incredible!
Even though it hasn't been rumored, re-sizable tiles would be a welcomed addition.
The only problem will be only those with Smartphones (roughly 50% of cell phone users) that are NFC capable (currently roughly 5% of smartphone users in the US) will actually be able to use this. Even if this gains a lot of traction, there will still be a lot of people without the ability to use NFC because they like to hold onto older phones for a while. If every new phone starts being NFC capable in the next year, perhaps we will see widespread use in 4 or 5 years.
*Numbers in the above statement are very rough estimations and not really based on anything other than my own assumptions.
For me it's definitely going to be the high res screens. I'd also like a bit more colour like in Windows 8, a little less black would make it look that much more premium in my opinion
