    Microsoft's Productivity Future Vision

Hello everyone! I am creating this post for purposes of showing you the videos Microsoft have released on the future vision of productivity and their views towards it.

I'm sure a lot of people have already seen these videos but i will post them anyways for those who have not.

The video above is of their most recently released video showing productivity in the future. This video was released in 2011.

This video above was released in 2009 for their vision of the future productivity and how technology will help us.

The video above is about their Health Future Vision on how it will be.

And this one is about Banking in the future!

They have cool ideas, but I'd rather the Metro UI remain their focal point going forward. I believe some of these promo videos worked on the Courier, because the UI consistencies are very similar

Oh absolutely they need to have Metro as their main focus. The future visions they had are actually different technology than Windows itself, i'll find videos on their future home they have, it's really cool!! All i can find right now is the minute and a half video of the inside, there is a 10 minute walk-in they do which is really neat to see the technology they have in it

I secretly hope J. Allard returns in the CEO position- or Steven Sinofsky becomes CEO and J. Allard takes another high standing job. The courier wouldn't have been a consumer tablet, but it was a virtual godsend for graphic designers. Plus it would have been great for people who loved designing shoes

I really admire Sinofsky. The guy is working his ass off and still takes time to write a novel on his blog every other week or so. Then he replies to almost every comment. It's rare to see an exec at that level who is not only enthusiastic, but genuinely interested in the consumer opinion.

Oh i definitely think that Steven Sinofsky will be the next CEO of Microsoft. He's brilliant and changing Windows entirely. He used to be the head of the Office team and they switched him over just after Vista to launch Windows 7, which he rocked at. Now he's doing Windows 8, completely redesigning Windows. He's a huge asset to Microsoft and they acknowledge that for sure. He'll be the next CEO and "Steve Jobs" of Microsoft, which is already basically is

Absolutely! He loves his job and everyone loves him. Microsoft's stocks are high because of Windows 8 and it's thanks to Sinofsky and his team, he'll go far
