You beat me to it. Pricing runs through Jan 31st. Frankly I'm really happy with this, I have several computers to upgrade.

Considering XP, Vista and 7 are included in this upgrade, the only reason I could see for needing a full version is for a new PC build. In my experience you can install Windows as a trial without a product key then use an upgrade key to reinstall from there. I had to do this when I tried to install my 7 upgrade key on a new HDD.

mmm very well priced.....and even allows for a clean install...and we get the option to create the backup DVD...
