Android to some version of Windows CE?

So, I've been reading around, and obviously yes they do put Windows onto mobile phones, but it's built into the ROM. I figured since there are so many Android people out there that make stuff so you can flash ROMs, and put in a custom ROM maybe that's possible for Windows to be put onto an Android phone? If someone can show me how, I can certainly be your cyberweb guinea pig! I just love Windows, and hope that maybe I could put Windows onto my phone. I have a Samsung Transform Ultra, which is a pretty good little phone for Sprint. There's a list on Wikipedia if you just search "Windows CE" in google, and then scroll all the way down to "See Also" and it gives you a list of a bunch of Windows CE Operating Systems. If anyone has experience with this, and knows where I can get files to do it, let me know. Or have any idea what I'm trying to do/say let me know, and maybe you can help me out!? Thanks!
