text_comments : I'm writing to inquire about plans for a
windows phone application for your company. My credit
card is through your institution and not having
information available on my phone feels like a huge
disservice to me as a customer, especially since other
devices have an app available. Any information on the status of an app for windows phones would be
    welcomed and appreciated!

    Thank You,
    XXXXXXXX

I'm not the best at writing emails and such about problems, but I did try. Does anyone else email companies about apps that we are lacking?

Whenever I email dev's it's usually the dreaded "We have no plans for windows phone at this time" response..

I think that's a canned response, but if you tweet at their Twitter support account, you may be able to get something more... human-like. Good luck!
