Hi folks, my friend’s Lumia 820 only turn on when plugging in charger and it only show the Samsung Logo. What should we do?? We both don't know much about phones, thank you.

If your phone won't turn on until charging and it shows a logo from the wrong manufacturer you probably should return it.
Well that's strange indeed. If it is a typo and it's showing the correct manufacturer, perhaps run to a retail location and ask to try a different battery and see what happens.
