Incredibly weird problem I've heard from some ZTE Orbit users: they can connect to USB on some computers and on other computers they can't. I don't think it could be an issue with they physical wire/connection, because it does work on some people's computers.

Are there any typical steps to go through on your desktop to ensure you can properly connect via USB?
