WhatsApp has been king of multi-platform messengers on Windows Phone for a while, but the app now has competition as Kakao Talk has finally joined the Windows Phone fold. Kakao Talk supports all major platforms now, including iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Bada and now Windows Phone. The new highlight of the app that will be added to other versions in the coming months includes a ‘draw with fingers’ feature that allows users to draw messages to pass back and forth. Kakao Talk has also been overhauled to fit the metro interface.

If you’ve used the service previously on other devices, then all of your contacts will sync up on your new Windows Phone device. With more than 40 million users of KakaoTalk, it’s nice to finally see Windows Phone users getting some love. If you’re interested in trying it out, hit the button below to nab the messenger and let us know what you think of the new draw with fingers feature!
