The last couple days have been dominated by Samsung, and today is no different. Earlier this morning we saw the ATIV S leak again, and now thanks to the Windows Team Blog we can put the “Official” stamp on this device. We can also say that the ATIV S will be the very first Windows Phone 8 device. More specs and images below.
The ATIV S comes in at a mere 8.7mm thick. It has a brushed aluminum chassis, 4.8″ HD Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 2. The processor is a 1.5GHz dual-core. The ATIV S has 1GB of RAM, a 2300mAh battery, a 8MP camera on the back, and a 1.9MP camera up front. It will come in 16GB and 32GB capacities. No word yet on pricing or availability.
How do you like the ATIV S? Are you suprised Nokia won’t have the first WP8 device?
