Images of the Nokia Atlas leak, appears to be a Lumia 820 for Verizon

With the Windows Phone 8 launch right around the corner the leaks are starting to really pick up, especially where Big Red is concerned. We’ve been hearing for quite some time that Verizon will be recieving some Nokia hardware for WP8, but so far we haven’t heard what device, or devices, they will be getting. Rumors suggest that a Lumia 820 variant will be hitting Verizon store shelves, and a leaked image might prove that.

The infamous Twitter leaker @evleaks has come through again with an image of a Verizon branded Nokia device. From what we can tell from the image it appears to match up with the earlier Nokia Atlas rumors. The body of this device looks slightly different than the Lumia 820. This phone will most likely see a slight name change like the Lumia 810 for T-Mobile. What we are looking at could eventually become the Lumia 822.

Keep in mind that @evleaks has been spot on about everything they have leaked, so there is a very good chance this phone is real.
