Amid all the excitement surrounding the launch of Windows Phone 8, many people seem to have forgotten the Windows Phone 7.8 update that was promised by Microsoft in a show of good faith to those early adopters of Windows Phone 7. Windows Phone Brazil has responded to one user’s questioning on Twitter, stating that the WP7.8 update will arrive sometime in Q1 2013. That’s rather ambiguous, as Microsoft could wait all the way until April to release the update and still hit the mark. We’re hoping we see it sometime sooner.
