Verizon just started getting serious about Windows Phone 8, but it looks like they aren’t stopping there. A reader over at WPCentral snapped a picture of a Microsoft Surface tabletn display in a Verizon store. The manager at the store said that Verizon would be selling them “soon.”
The Surface tablet is only WiFi enabled, so it’s unlikely we’ll see a LTE model. Currently you can only buy Surface tablets online or in Microsoft Stores, so getting a little retail help from Verizon should help a lot. Hopefully the Windows 8 Pro versions start popping up soon, too.
