We’ve been waiting for a Nokia Windows 8 tablet for a while, but it looks like we’re going to keep waiting. There was some speculation that Nokia would show off a tablet at MWC at the end of the month. According to “extensive channel checks” it appears that Nokia will not be showing off tablets at MWC. The report says that Nokia will stick to showing phones at the event in Barcelona.
While it’s disappointing we won’t see a tablet, we will still have a couple new Lumia phones to write about. Nokia will make a tablet some day soon, and when they do we will have everything you want to know about it. Until then we’ll just have to stick to Nokia phones. We expect to see some mid-range Lumia phones at MWC like we did last year. Maybe they will surprise is with something special. We can only hope.
