Last year at Computex we saw many new form factors for Windows 8. This year it seems companies are sticking with those designs and improving upon them. Dell is doing just that with their XPS One 27 all-in-one Windows 8 PC. Last year it was heralded as one of the best all-in-one PCs, and this year it gets even better.
Dell is doing a few things to bring the XPS 27 to the next level. First and foremost is the inclusion of Intel’s new Haswell processors. Next is brightness and color improvements in the giant 27-inch touchscreen display. By the way, the touchscreen is now standard on every model. There is a new optional GeForce GT 750M graphics chip which could play games at the native 2560×1440 resolution.

Also included in the XPS 27 is 4GB of RAM, a 1TB hard drive, slot-loading DVD player, and that Intel Core i5 processor. For a little more money you can get a Blu-ray drive and SSD. The XPS 27 is available starting at $1,599, and should be on sale today.
