After releasing a couple of Windows Phone 7 handsets LG has been pretty quiet about Windows Phone. Occasionally they will say something nice about the platform, but nothing solid ever comes from it. Now, once again, LG is talking about Windows Phone 8.
LG India’s managing director says that while LG will remain focused on Android, they are currently underway on development for a Windows Phone 8 handset. He went on to say some very positive things about Windows Phone, and how he thinks “Windows will pick up going ahead.” It’s nice to hear someone so optimistic about Windows Phone. Still, we have no solid details on this device, so we will remain cautiously optimistic ourselves. Do you want an LG Windows Phone device?
